Mr. Allison is a best-selling author, former Distinguished Professor of Practice at Wake Forest University School of Business, and has received many awards and honorary degrees for leadership and achievements in scholarship and business.

Robert Posner
Robert Posner is the CEO of NewDay USA, a full-service national originator of VA-guaranteed mortgage loans, that serves America’s veterans and their families. Mr. Posner serves on the Board of Purple Heart Homes and is actively involved in philanthropic efforts with the Coalition of Homeless Veterans and Special Olympics of Maryland.
Jennifer Schubert-Akin
Jennifer Schubert-Akin is Chairman & CEO of The Steamboat Institute, promoting America’s first principles and inspiring active involvement in the defense of liberty. Ms. Schubert-Akin serves on a variety of Advisory Boards and Committees, participates in many local community activities, and is actively involved in philanthropic efforts for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Tina Suzanne Snider
Tina Snider is an entrepreneur in the tradition of the Snider family. Moving to Boston, she opened a restaurant, Atara, and began buying, operating and developing commercial real estate, primarily in central Maine and Washington State. She built and operates Royal Car Wash, and franchised a floor care business to the Boston metro area. Snider serves currently on the board as a Chair for the Snider Foundation, the Jose Mateo Ballet Theater, and is active in fundraising for multiple organizations, especially the AMPS program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
David Welch
David Welch is a well-rounded leader with more than 30 years of broad functional experience including financial, legal, marketing, and operational expertise. He currently owns and operates multiple construction companies that employ over 275 employees and generate over $100 million in revenue. He is an intuitive leader who works to streamline operations while developing cost-effective processes. Welch strives to bring out the best in every company by bringing out the best in each company’s employees. Welch, a Smith alum, began his affiliation with the Ed Snider Center as an executive fellow.
