Academics

In the Flex MBA, you’ll learn how to take on big data and create action-oriented solutions, sharpen your leadership skills, and deepen your strategic thinking. Your career advancement depends on your ability to lead in markets that are fast-paced, global and complex. We’re future-focused, so you’re going to build a foundation of competencies that will carry you through an ever-changing business landscape.

Our curriculum will not only equip you with the skills you need, it will give you opportunities to put those skills into practice via experiential learning. Imagine speaking to your next employer, not about learning in a classroom, but a real problem you solved for a partner organization.

Smith faculty work continuously with industry executives in our MBA Advisory Council to include in-demand skills in the curriculum and ensure that we're relevant in real-time for working students while also preparing a new generation of leaders for the future of business.

Data helps leaders make sound business decisions. It shows you what’s actually happening in your organization—what’s impacting your teams, your competitors, and your customers. Data is not only the facts, it’s the truth.
