On Wed., March 10, the Smith School and the Maryland Undergraduate Society of Entrepreneurs will host a "Marketplace" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Van Munching Hall's Pownall Grand Atrium.
Students at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, are getting first-hand experience in becoming entrepreneurs by working and running the Smith Store.
Washington, D.C. and Baltimore were both recently named among the top 10 best cities to launch a business (No. 6 and No. 10, respectively) by Fortune Small Business magazine and the Kauffman Foundation.
