Day 1 - The Foundations of Leadership & Designing Your Team
- Understand the qualities and behaviors of effective leaders and their underlying rationale.

- Apply leadership principles through experiential learning in the Tower Building Exercise, focusing on team dynamics and problem-solving.
- Determine team roles and responsibilities for effective task execution.

- Practice team-building and process optimization through the LEGO Man Building Exercise, emphasizing communication and coordination.
Day 2 - Learning Objectives: Building Trust & Effective Communication
- Learn techniques for building rapport to enhance team cohesion and trust.
- Explore strategies for fostering and sustaining motivation within a team.
- Utilize constructive conflict as a tool for achieving better outcomes and strengthening team dynamics.
- Master the art of giving and receiving effective feedback to promote growth and collaboration.
- Apply concepts of trust and communication through the Mount Everest Exercise, emphasizing teamwork, decision-making, and resilience in challenging scenarios.
