Need Help “Managing Motherhood”?

Juggling a career and home life is often complicated. Smith management and organization lecturer Nicole Coomber has figured out how to apply business principles to managing her own career and family – and now she has outlined some of the most effective tools to help you, too.

As a mother of four young boys, Coomber is no stranger to the challenges of managing work and home life. She is dedicated to helping women manage their complex and often competing responsibilities more effectively. Coomber started blogging on Managing Motherhood to help parents navigate making complicated decisions for their family, their work and themselves. She shares tips and tools she pulls from the management classroom. She is a frequent contributor on these issues to the Washington Post. And now she offers some of her tools in a new video series, produced by the Smith School’s Office of Marketing Communications, that gives viewers a glimpse into Coomber’s busy life and how she’s managing to make it work.
