Fortune reports they might be right, noting that though OpenAI’s artificial intelligence chatbot was just launched in November of 2022, it’s already being used in the workplace. Seventy-four percent of U.S. employees familiar with the technology use it at work.

The Smith School curriculum is very well designed and that enriched my learning experience. I was able to build a deep connection with some of the faculty who mentored me and were always open to discussing ideas. These relationships helped me secure funding for startups I co-founded, helped me hire students to assist with research projects and provided recommendations for career opportunities.

Getting a degree from Smith helped me build a profile for a non-developer role. Several of my classes involved case studies that helped build my problem-solving skills in the context of Information Systems.

The Smith School focused on giving us a more holistic view of the corporate environment. My classes included business transformation courses, disruption technology, network effects and technical concepts like database management, machine learning, etc. I loved my class on building a digitally transformational app.
