Maryland Smith students in the Business Management class at the Universities of Shady Grove are staging a Winter Bazaar Crafts Fair from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Universities at Shady Grove, 9630 Gudelsky Drive, Building II, Rockville.
The public is invited to participate in winter-themed activities and purchase unique products from local craft creators and businesses. Participants can get their gifts wrapped and decorate holiday cards, Santa hats, stockings and dreidels. The event also includes a prize raffle and kids can take photos with Santa.
Proceeds will go towards Make-a-Wish Foundation, Toys for Tots, and a UMD scholarship fund. Follow the activities leading up to and through the event on Facebook.
