As assistant dean, Rebecca directs the efforts of the marketing communications staff and provides strategic and creative direction to promote and advance the Smith School's brand with prospective students, alumni, donors and key stakeholders in the community, the country and around the world. She is an award-winning writer with more than 20 years of experience in communications for nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the Smith School in 2004, she consulted as a proposal writer, producing successful grant proposals for national and local social service organizations.
