One of the greatest strengths of the QUEST program is its vibrant alumni community. Now in its 33rd year at the University of Maryland, QUEST has more than 1,800 alumni worldwide. Alumni are encouraged to stay involved in a variety of ways.

Alumni Events
The QUEST network provides alumni with opportunities to connect both socially and professionally, including:
- Regular happy hours
- Social events in the Washington, D.C., area
- Gatherings in other locations beyond the region
In the Classroom
QUEST regularly invites alumni to return to the classroom to:
- Share expertise as a guest speaker
- Collaborate with faculty as a co-instructor
- Provide feedback and insights as a presentation panelist
At Your Company
Alumni can also support QUEST students by partnering with courses and trips, including opportunities to:
- Host student teams during the scoping course to share company culture and operations
- Serve as project champions in the capstone and data analysis courses
- Welcome QUEST visits to international offices during study abroad programs
- Engage with students at California offices during the annual QUEST to Silicon Valley trip each spring
Social Events With Students
QUEST hosts events that bring together current students and alumni. Opportunities to connect include:
- Build connections at networking dinners
- Join fellow alumni and students at football tailgates
- Give back through community service events
