Smith Association of Women MBAs

The Smith Association of Women MBAs (SAWMBA) helps grow and celebrate the careers of women in business. SAWMBA fosters professional and personal growth opportunities where we address the pressing issues facing women and their advancement in the workplace. SAWMBA develops a support system for women at Smith, and creates friendships that last beyond the two-year MBA.
