Oguz Gencay began the Smith PhD Program in Fall 2020. His primary research interests are in the areas of prosocial power and music at work. He received his Master’s degree from Bogazici University and Bachelor’s degree from Middle East Technical University in Turkey. Prior to pursuing the PhD, he worked as a manager in the digital transformation/technology industry.
