The Fellows programs offered at Smith are just some of those unique opportunities given to undergraduate students.

For the past 21 years, the University of Maryland has celebrated four students in the College Park Scholars (CPS) program who have earned the Scholars Citation and who exemplify the best in Academic Achievement and Citizenship during their two-year program. There are 12 unique CPS programs and the Robert H. School of Business sponsors one of them - the Business, Society and the Economy program (BSE). The awardees from all 12 programs were honored at the Citation Ceremony held on Oct. 13, 2017.

Four University of Maryland undergraduates once again represented the Robert H. Smith School of Business in an impressive – and winning – manner last week when they traveled to the University of Connecticut to compete in the 2017 CIBER Case Competition. The multi-day event combines students representing universities from around the world, placing them into teams of four to compete in analyzing and presenting an international business case to judges. Each four-student team is comprised of one student from an international business school and three students from different U.S. schools.
