Celebrate the inaugural UMD Black Alumni Weekend with the Maryland Smith community! Join students and alumni for a networking session that will include hearing from alumni in select industries about their varying career paths. The session will have two rounds of breakout discussions to give attendees the opportunity to connect with fellow Smith students and alumni from two industries. The event will end with open networking for all attendees.
During the breakout discussions, students will gain insights on industries of interest as alumni share their expertise and empower the next generation of Smith Terps. As a result, all attendees will have an opportunity to strengthen and expand their professional network. All attendees should select the industry of most interest during the registration process.
This event is co-hosted by the Maryland Smith Office of Alumni Relations, the Black Business Association, and the Black MBA Association.
