Rebekah Hong began the Smith PhD Program in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in Fall 2019. Her primary research interests are employee creativity, creativity recognition, emotions, and teamwork. She is interested in identifying biases and contextual factors that influence employee creativity and creativity recognition processes and exploring interventions to mitigate such biases and barriers. Prior to starting the Ph.D. program, Rebekah worked as a human resource professional in financial, retail industries and management consulting.
