Smith Freshmen: Apply to QUEST by Feb 4
The QUEST Honors Program at the University of Maryland is a three-year honors program focused on quality management, process improvement and system design. QUEST courses challenge students to solve real-world problems through multidisciplinary teamwork. All freshmen enrolled in a major in the Robert H. Smith School of Business, the A. James Clark School of Engineering or the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences with above a 3.0 GPA and at least 12 credits at UMD are eligible to apply.
Innovo Consulting Scholars Present to UMD Cabinet
University of Maryland undergraduates put their innovation and problem-solving skills to the service of their fellow classmates. Hospitality Business Fellows Welcome Hilton VP
On Nov. 28, 2016, students in the Smith Hospitality Business Fellows (HBF) at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business were honored to host Kimo Kippen, vice president of Global Workforce Initiatives at Hilton. Kimo, as he is known, gave a lively and engaging strategic overview of Hilton's business. Topics included Hilton's vision, mission and values; the company's diverse brand portfolio; and its pipeline of new hotels, which is the largest in the world.
