Join Smith alumni for a wine down Wednesday! Maryland Smith alumnus Eric Platt ’85, president and managing partner of Artisans and Vines, will lead alumni through the journey of wine from discovering to decanting. Platt has a substantial 25+ year history in the fine wine industry including stints in retail, wholesale and importing.
Artisans and Vines import and distribute fine wines that they carefully and expertly select from vineyards in California, France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Australia and New Zealand.
All participants must be 21 years or older. Smith alumni, graduate students, faculty and guests are welcome to join this event.
