Christopher E. “Chris” Kubasik is Chair and CEO of L3Harris Technologies, an aerospace and defense technology innovator with more than $17 billion in annual revenue and 47,000 employees. Before being appointed CEO in 2021, he served as Vice Chair, President and COO.

With over 30 years of experience in the A&D industry, Kubasik has also served as President and COO of Lockheed Martin and was named partner at Ernst & Young in 1996. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business in 1983.
