Inspiration on Display

LED screens in Van Munching Hall display alumni profiles as students study and walk by.
A new 16-screen LED gallery in Van Munching Hall highlights Smith School’s accomplished alumni and can be customized to showcase different groups, aiming to inspire future leaders.

There’s a new gallery of 16 LED screens lining a prominent hallway on the first floor of Van Munching Hall, showing off some of the Smith School’s most illustrious alumni. The vertical screens rotate through photos and short bios of dozens of impressive graduates, donors and school champions. The entire display can also be quickly adapted to highlight specific groups — for example, individuals in specific industries, or graduates of a particular program.

“The showcase points to the achievements of leaders in the Smith community and is meant to inspire everyone who enters the building to think about the possibilities for their own future,” says Dean Prabhudev C. Konana
