Kristen Erdman Directory Page

Before joining the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets as Programs Coordinator in 2023, Erdman worked as an Adjunct Professor at Washington College, teaching Organizational Behavior, and advising students on their Senior Capstone Projects. During this time, she had the opportunity to work closely with the Center for Career Development and the Business Department. Erdman also taught Managerial Statistics. Erdman has a broad range of business experience as a former General Manager of a fitness center, as well as years of customer service, marketing, research, and finance in her positions as a Consultant, Program Manager and Financial Analyst. She also spent time volunteering as the Washington College Alumni Chapter Co-Chair. A fellow proud TERP, Erdman received her MBA from UMD’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, a BA from Washington College in Business Management and Economics where she won all three awards in the Business Management Department including the prestigious Stanley A.Schottland Business Leadership Award.
