The Center for Global Business (CGB) is abuzz with international engagement this spring, as it welcomes 32 exchange students from prestigious universities worldwide while facilitating the departure of 26 Smith undergraduates to esteemed global business schools. Boasting over 20 exchange partnerships, the center offers enriching academic and cultural experiences, fostering a global network of collaboration and learning.

Maryland Smith students gained invaluable international business insights in Winter 2024 through faculty-led study abroad programs. Spanning Japan, South Korea, UAE, France, Vietnam, South Korea, South Africa, and Brazil, these immersive experiences enhanced students' global mindset and understanding of diverse markets and cultures.

This spring, the Center for Global Business welcomed 35 incoming exchange students to the Robert H. Smith School of Business, while 24 Smith undergraduate students have been settling into business schools abroad. The Center for Global Business has over 20 exchange programs with business schools worldwide.

This fall, the Center for Global Business welcomed 36 incoming exchange students to the Robert H. Smith School of Business, and for the first time since spring 2020, exchange programs have almost completely returned to pre-pandemic levels.
