Hello! Originally from India, I moved to Minnesota at the age of 17 knowing I wanted a good American education but not knowing that it snowed in Minnesota. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota but tried to keep myself well rounded by developing skills in programming, statistics, sociology, you name it! My varied interests helped me realize my true passion: problem-solving.

My first job was at Post cereal (I bet you've heard of fruity pebbles) where I married my data science skills with internal consulting as I went around the company trying to solve problems wherever I could find them. After Post, I moved on to CWT and entered the very different world of business travel, but doubled down on internal consulting and problem-solving.

Joining this MBA program is another important step for me in rounding myself up and learn in-depth the tips and tricks of being a consultant, and MCC was incredibly valuable during my 1st year in helping me achieve that. I wish to further that goal as president, and grow together. Excited to work on some cases with y'all!

Fun Fact

I have been doing stand up comedy for 4 years now!

Hey gang - I am so excited to represent the JMBAA & MCC with club leadership positions. A little bit about myself. I am a true Midwesterner as I originally grew up in Iowa and moved to Ohio in my formative years. After undergrad in 2011 (I’m old!), I ended up joining Teach For America, teaching 5th graders in Phoenix for three years. Next, I obtained my Master’s in Education and moved to New York City to create curriculum for students with math specialized services. Things went so well that I was recruited to continue building curriculum for the same charter school network, but in Washington DC, eventually moving to work on their educational technology partnerships team before COVID-19 hit us all. There are many reasons why I decided to make the pivot to obtain my MBA, but much can be summed up by the fact that I wanted to have larger, scaled impacts so that I could become an improved access & equity ally. I love solving problems and eating latkes, and am ecstatic to share my case interview frameworks and Judaic recipes with you all very soon!

Fun Fact

I used to be a child model for JCPenney.
