Latinx Virtual Cooking Sesh with 'Ay Jalisco'!

Join LAN as we kickoff the celebration of Latinx Heritage Month by cooking some comida! In this virtual session you will learn how to cook a delicioso chicken quesadilla and a refreshing margarita. The main chef from the popular restaurant Ay Jalisco will guide attendees through a step by step cooking session. Ay Jalisco is a Tex-Mex restaurant in Montgomery County, Maryland. The restaurant was awarded runner-up (out of 30 restaurants) for "The Best Mexican Cuisine in MoCo" competition.  It is owned by Jose Luis Rivera and Juan Blanco (father of Henry Blanco '19). A list of ingredients will be shared with registrants prior to the event. Those who attend will also receive a recording of the event so that you can cook this meal again at your own pace. ¡Los esperamos! Free to attend, but please register to receive the Zoom link.

The Latinx Alumni network encourages you to drink responsibly.
