Her current research interests include human–AI interactions, emotional labor, person–job fit, job crafting, proactivity, individual differences, and impression management. Her work has been published in Motivation and Emotion, Personality and Individual Differences, and Academy of Management Proceedings. Google Scholar.

Zoey’s expertise includes experimental design (including AI-simulated interactive studies), scale development, and advanced quantitative methods such as multilevel structural equation modeling (SEM), person-centered approaches (e.g., latent profile analysis and growth mixture modeling), and polynomial regression with response surface analysis.

Her ambition is to promote positivity in the workplace and help employees flourish. Outside of research, Zoey enjoys popping dance, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
