Rachel DiDonna (she/her) is the Assistant Director for Smith Undergraduate Experience in the Smith Undergraduate Office. She oversees Smith Start, the Smith Business Leadership Fellows Program, and Smith Admissions and supports the Dean's Student Advisory Council and the Smith Undergraduate Research Experience. DiDonna previously served as the QUEST Honors Program Manager and prior to returning to UMD, DiDonna served as the Student Engagement Coordinator for Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University. She received her undergraduate degree in history and secondary education from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her graduate degree in higher education administration and student affairs from Boston College. Currently, DiDonna is a doctoral student within the Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Education Policy program at UMD.
