Mark D. Flood is a senior research scholar in the Center for Financial Policy and program manager at DARPA's Information Innovation Office (I2O). He has taught finance in the U.S. and Canada, and he has spent over two decades in financial policy and regulation at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Office of Thrift Supervision, Federal Housing Finance Board, Federal Housing Finance Agency, and the Office of Financial Research in the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
