With a background in technology consulting and chemical engineering, she aims to merge her technical expertise and entrepreneurial mindset with strategic business insight. Tammy aspires to lead high-impact initiatives in digital healthcare, consumer technology, and sustainability, all while advocating for greater diversity and inclusion in leadership. Passionate about community empowerment, she is dedicated to uplifting others as she advances in her professional journey.

Ody Adigwe

Ody is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Operations Strategy and Finance. With a background in civil engineering, hospitality operations, and product analysis, she blends analytical thinking with a passion for building efficient, people-centered systems. She is especially interested in operational innovation across service and infrastructure sectors, and is committed to using data and design to create meaningful change. As she grows in her career, Ody remains focused on bridging technology, strategy, and community impact.

Oluwaseun Jegede

Before joining the Smith School of Business, Oluwaseun spent over a decade as a management consultant, specializing in strategy, payments, and technology. He is currently pursuing a dual degree MBA (with concentrations in Strategy and Finance) and an MS in Information Systems (focused on AI systems). Seun is passionate about leveraging technology to drive financial inclusion, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences across industries.

Fun Fact

Kickboxing and table tennis are my favorite pastimes.
