Maryland Day 2006: FEAR THE TURTLES!

The University of Maryland, College Park, celebrated its eighth annual Maryland Day on Saturday, April 29, attracting 75,000 visitors to campus. The Smith School welcomed visitors on McKeldin Mall, with the day's most popular giveaway - a Smith School/Testudo beach ball. In Van Munching Hall, visitors were able to tour the state-of-the-art building and attend an undergraduate program information session.

Maryland Day 2004 Highlights

Approximately 70,000 people came to the University of Maryland for the Sixth Annual Maryland Day celebration on Saturday, April 24, 2004. Hundreds of prospective students, alumni, faculty, staff, and their families explored Van Munching Hall, home of the Smith School of Business. Visitors attended timely business seminars--from "SuperLeadership" and "Scoring High on Performance Appraisals" to "Publishing E-Newsletters" and "The Business of Board Games."

Maryland Day 2002 Highlights

The Robert H. Smith School of Business and the University of Maryland welcomed tens of thousands of people to Explore Our World on Saturday, April 27, at the Fourth Annual Maryland Day celebration.
