Dana RitzcovanDana Ritzcovan is Group Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Global Wealth Management at UBS a global financial services company. In this role, Dana leads the execution of all Human Resources functions for UBS Global Wealth Management across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, including efforts around culture, rewards/compensation and recognition, employee relations, learning and talent development, employee change management, organizational design, diversity, inclusion and recruiting. She is a trusted advisor to the global senior leadership team and plays a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy that touches 23,000 employees. 

She is also a member of the UBS Global Wealth Management Executive Committee and the UBS Global Human Resources Executive Committee. 

Prior to joining UBS in September 2015, Dana served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Strategy, Digital and Client Segmentation Division of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and as the head of the Mass Affluent Client Segment. Before that, she served as Head of Human Resources within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. While at Morgan Stanley, Dana ran the Human Resources Integration Office during the joint venture between Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney. 

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Dana served as Global Head of Human Resources at Navigators Group and as Head of Human Resources for Credit Suisse Asset Management Americas where she led efforts around the acquisition of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette which is where she worked early in her career. 

Dana earned a master’s degree after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and she serves as a proud member of the Robert H. Smith School of Business Advisory Board. 

Dana and her husband Alex and two teenage sons, Evan and Adam, live in the suburbs of Westchester County New York.
