Maryland Smith Women

Creating a rich pipeline for women in business careers is important to us. Our programs and resources provide networking opportunities that also foster a sense of community.

Smith Association of Women MBAs (SAWMBA) helps grow and celebrate the careers of women in business through professional and personal growth opportunities to address the pressing issues facing women and their advancement in the workplace.

Forté Foundation is a consortium of major corporations, business schools and nonprofit organizations in the United States and abroad. Its mission is to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, scholarship support and the networking connections they need to be successful.

Flex MBA Association

The Flex MBA Association acts as the coordinated voice of students across all our campuses and is a student organization unique to Smith. Partnering with the Smith Administration, the association works toward continuous improvement of the entire student experience and fosters a greater sense of camaraderie between Flex MBA students and the rest of the Smith community.
