The Federal Executive Leadership Inventory (FELI) is a proprietary 360 assessment developed exclusively for government agencies by the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. The assessment is cross-walked with the Office of Personnel Management's Executive Core Qualifications (OPM ECQS). The Smith School encourages federal agencies to invest in leader development long before Senior Executive (SES) level. The Smith 360 allows career civil servants to build self-awareness from GS12 levels, ensuring that they can focus on leveraging strengths and closing skills gaps at an earlier point in their career.
