Vigilance → Service → Integrity

The University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business is proud to provide a Leadership Institute for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We educate 160 GS-15 leaders each year. Forty participants complete each cohort in Harpers Ferry, WV, developing a career-long network and honing their strategic leadership skills. This five-week program is split into three residencies.

This program is mandatory for all new CPB GS-15s. Experienced GS-15s are welcome.
