Director, MBA Career Development and Programming
Jennifer has been involved with placement, recruitment and coaching with undergraduate, graduate and executive candidates for over two decades. In her current role, she manages every aspect of the MBA career curriculum including design, implementation, program evaluation, and budgeting. Jennifer’s deep understanding of career business aspirations and career journeys makes her work highly relevant and meaningful.
Prior to joining Smith, Jennifer worked for Booz Allen Hamilton were she managed college recruiting relationships with core schools, oversaw the corporate internship program with an average of 350 interns annually, and created and executed the inaugural MBA recruiting strategy for the firm. Jennifer also served as a key employer relationship manager in the areas of finance, healthcare, manufacturing, consulting, and strategy and has provided career coaching to undergraduate and graduate students in order to help them achieve their desired career journey. Previously, Jennifer worked in executive search, sourcing top-level talent for c-suite appointments.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Psychology from Towson State University in Towson, Md., and is an active member of the MBACSEA Professional Development Committee.
