Erika Harrigan is a certified professional resume writer, certified career management coach, and certified executive & leadership development coach with more than 20 years of experience helping clients secure new positions and/or advance within their chosen fields. Prior to joining the Smith School, Harrigan worked with mid-career adult learners within a variety of higher education settings, helping them navigate the challenges of transitioning into new functions and fields.
She also served as principal of Success Partners, where she provided comprehensive career development services to a wide variety of individuals seeking to enter US and foreign markets. Harrigan holds a Master of Science in Higher Education with a concentration in student development & affairs from Drexel University, a certificate in adult career planning and development from New York University, and a certified brain-based success coach designation. A lifelong learner, Harrigan is currently working on a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Harrigan currently coaches the working professional students in Smith’s part-time and online MBA programs, as well as experienced alumni.
