Dolores joined the full-time MBA career coaching team in 2013, bringing with her over 12 years of Wall Street experience. While on “The Street,” Dolores worked for several NY-based, bulge-bracket firms in a variety of capacities including equity research, campus recruiting, training and development, and business support management. Immediately prior to working at Smith, Dolores was the assistant academic director at an English Language School in Manhattan, where she started as an English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor. Dolores began her career as a legislative assistant to the U.S. House of Representatives’ Subcommittee on Telecommunications and Finance.
Dolores received a Master of Public Administration in Advanced Management Techniques from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She also received a TESOL (Teaching English as a Second Language) Certificate from Teachers College, Columbia University. Dolores is a Certified MBA Career Coach (CMCC).
