Dolores Daly provides comprehensive career coaching to full-time MBA students, from self-exploration and branding to interviewing and offer negotiations. She is also the OCS liaison to several student clubs including: Emerging Markets, Finance, International, Latin, Women, and the Smith chapter of the Forte Foundation.

Daly joined OCS in 2013, after spending 12 years on Wall Street where she worked for several investment banks in a variety of capacities including equity research, campus recruiting, training and development, and business management. Immediately before joining Smith, she was the assistant academic director at an English language school, where she started as an instructor. Daly began her career as a legislative assistant, U.S. House of Representatives’ subcommittee on telecommunications and finance.

In May 2019, Daly assumed the role of acting director, FTMBA career programming. In this capacity, she manages the development, delivery and execution of the FTMBA career curriculum.

Daly received an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA in political science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She holds a TESOL Certificate from Teachers College, Columbia University. Daly is a certified MBA career coach.
