This program consists of three week-long residencies at the Robert H. Smith School of Business in College Park, MD. Two cohorts run each year.
The program includes team-based Action Learning Projects, e-learning, leadership assessments, coaching and an experiential learning trip to Gettysburg. Thirty-eight percent of alumni receive promotions.
This is a six-month program with three separate residential sessions. In between classroom sessions, participants complete a 360 assessment, executive coaching, peer learning teleconferences, action learning projects, and a Harpers Ferry experiential exercise.
The program runs three times per year with a total enrollment of 120 senior leaders.
