The Center for Global Business (CGB) at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business concluded a second successful year of the Maryland Global Export Consulting (MGEC) program. Aug. 14, 2018 (College Park, Md.) — A new partnership with India’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research will give the University of Maryland its first dual degree graduate program with an institution outside the Maryland system. Participants will earn a Master of Quantitative Finance from Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Global Management Program Certificate from S.P. Jain, a leading business school in Mumbai.

Smith School of Business. New MBA students can plan to set sail with Moye next spring to end their first year. But before they hit the water, students will begin their leadership lessons in the classroom in fall 2018.
This summer, the Robert H. Smith School of Business welcomed 50 high school students into the sixth year of its Smith Summer Business Programs. The two-week interactive summer programs aim to foster and develop professional skills in high school students.
