Flex MBA Mock Class on Strategic Imagination and the Power of "Serious Play”

This session builds on the theory and methods of systems and design thinking to management, and integrates, in a holistic fashion, a framework that has proven effective for individuals, teams, and organizations to close the gap between thought and action. It will offer a practical first step to help participants use imagination to influence the future. The approach is highly interactive and experiential. The overarching objective is to guide participants to engage in the process of design thinking, be exposed to valuable frameworks, and learn how to mobilize their team to seek strategic innovation.
PRE-REQUISITES: Suarez will use the platform MURAL. It will help participants leverage time during the session if they familiarize themselves with the platform by watching the following videos.
