Mr. Mostow retired as an Accounting, Tax and Business Consulting Principal at CohnReznick, LLP. Mr. Mostow has been in public accounting for over 50 years and is a life member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of CPA’s.  He has represented clients in many industries providing services in areas relating to taxation, accounting, business planning and operations. Mr. Mostow has been a participating author on a book relating to the costs of doing business for residential home builders and has written several papers and given speeches and educational programs on many and varied subjects relating to the home building industry.

Mr. Mostow served on the Board of Examiners and on the State Board Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Mostow is an active member of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy and served on the Professional Regulatory Response Committee. He presently serves on the Computer Based Testing committee, working on the virtual testing model and the new CPA exam.

Mr. Mostow was appointed by four Governors to the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy and is a Past Chairman of the Board of Public Accountancy and is a current member of the Board.  He is a Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders, Past Chairman of NAHB’s National Commercial Builders Council, as well as a Life Director of the Maryland Building Industry Association.
