Kylie King serves as QUEST's Program Director. Kylie is a co-instructor for BMGT/ENES 490H. Additionally, Kylie teaches a related course, Defining Consulting and Innovation Projects, where she leads students in identifying QUEST clients and outlining capstone projects. She also co-teaches a course about design and innovation in Silicon Valley. In addition to teaching, Kylie manages QUEST's program operations, including program marketing, alumni relations, and curricular and co-curricular offerings. Kylie is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Quantitative Methodology in Maryland’s College of Education. Her research interests include evaluating the impact of individual- and team-level variables on team constructs. Previously, Kylie served as an assistant director and graduate assistant with QUEST while earning her MA in higher education at the University of Maryland. Before joining QUEST, she received a BS in industrial and systems engineering from North Carolina State University and worked as an Industrial Engineer in the Tyco Electronics Leadership Development Program.
