Change The World Consulting (CTW) matches teams of undergraduate and graduate students with regional nonprofits, helping them address business challenges through a semester-long consulting engagement. A signature initiative of the Center for Social Value Creation, this unique experiential learning program has helped more than 250 organizations to date.
Each semester, our students spend 2,400 hours creating actionable deliverables that can be easily digested and implemented by our nonprofit partners. Student consultants practice and hone their business skills by working in small teams to tackle complex problems, and our nonprofit partners build capacity through the injection of focused student work. Management consultants from Deloitte coach undergraduate students throughout the process, helping to ensure high-quality, professional deliverables.
