Applications to the CIBE Case Challenge this November are now being accepted. The CIBE Case Challenge brings students from business schools around the world to compete in an international business case competition. Learn more.

Smith CIBE supports undergraduate students to compete in analyzing and presenting an international business case to judges, an excellent opportunity for students to gain exposure to international business issues and challenges them with real-world scenarios as well as to meet business students from around the world.

Most expenses are paid for UMD team members. Each student on the team will represent a different specific functional area in one of the following four business categories: finance/accounting, marketing, management/international business, and operations management/info systems.

Students from different universities around the world will be mixed to form new teams for the competition.
