Guidelines for Workshop Presentations

CHITA 2020 Presentation Guidelines

Presenting authors will have the option to present live or have a pre-recorded presentation recording in MP4 format streamed live (only MP4 will be accepted). Q&A will be fully live. Those presenting live will present from their own screen as a Zoom session co-host. Please join your session/panel at least 5 minutes early. MP4 presentations will be operated by the conference staff.

Presenters that wish to use an MP4 video must upload their video EasyChair by midnight Monday, October 5, 2020, and it must be no longer than the times noted below for respective panels (7 minutes) or regular sessions (12 minutes).
