International Students

The University of Maryland is among the top 20 U.S. universities serving international students and is ranked 19th among those U.S. institutions hosting international scholars. In 2013, there were 127 undergraduate and 994 graduate students enrolled at the Smith School alone. At Smith, we believe that exposure to unique cultures enriches our lives and our community. International students are exposed to not only U.S. culture, but to cultures of students from around the world.

Domestic and International students alike are encouraged to think globally. We offer many opportunities to do so through the Center for Global Business at the Smith School.
