Business Process Fellows
The objective of the Business Process Fellows program is to develop
excellence in operations management. Students will learn and practice business
process methodologies, and learn how to use software tools used by leading edge
companies and agencies to design and manage complex enterprises. The program
will approach organizations as interdependent systems, emphasizing statistical
