Robert Kashan

Robert, CEO and Founder of EarthColor, Inc., has more than 30 years of experience directing as many as 700 employees with revenues in excess of $200 million. Robert has led EarthColor through start-up, acquisition, merger, consolidation and growth modes.

After graduating from the Smith School of Business, Robert started his own printing company. Unlike many who worked in the industry at the time, he looked upon this industry as a business rather than a trade, but realized that in order to grow the business he needed the most talented people in every area of the print production process.

In the early 80’s technology transformed the industry. This change brought economies of scale and best-practices to an industry that greatly needed them. By embracing these new technologies Robert and his company were able to greatly increase efficiencies and productivity, attract extremely talented people, and grow the business both organically and through acquisition.

Robert is skilled in the M&A process and constantly challenges and focuses on the financial importance of growing a business. Today, EarthColor is one of the leading commercial print and integrated marketing companies in the US with a reputation for producing outstanding work, but more importantly, as a leader in environmental and sustainability initiatives.

EarthColor is dedicated to a strong sustainability initiative. It is about ‘doing the right thing’ and embracing practices that continue to reduce waste and have a positive impact on the environment.

Robert has long believed in enhancing client value by integrating/deploying the latest technology, developing streamlined digital workflows and providing customers with the most cost effective solution in the marketplace.
