Lotus Sametime Share Programs

Lotus Sametime allows you to share any program that is available on your computer to other meeting room participants. In this example, we are demonstrating how to share Microsoft PowerPoint.

Steps for Sharing a Program (Meeting Room Moderator Only):

1 - Launch the application that you want to share to the other meeting participants;

2 - Select "Share a Program" in the meeting room;

3 - Select the application that you want to share; and

4 - Click on Share Program button.

To stop the Sharing Program option, Click on the Stop Sharing Button.
