Printing in the Labs
Anyone without a Smith Novell account may use the campus
Pay for Print
system in our labs.
Graduate students, Faculty and Staff of the Business School can use
their Smith Novell account to print. Graduate Students have a
quota of 600 pages/semester. When that quota is exceeded
they must use the campus Pay for Print system.
Please be considerate of your peers. Reserve large print jobs
(50 pages or more) for times when the lab is not busy. Discard
your unwanted pages in the appropriate recycling containers.
Print jobs not picked up may be thrown away at any time.
If output is unsatisfactory, bring your pages to 3520 and we will
either credit your account or replace the print job with satisfactory
quality output.
Open Lab Software Requests:
The lab computer software image is
identical to the VMH Classroom software image. Faculty will receive an email
at the end of each semester asking for their software requirements.

Lab Software Request Form
.
Please submit requests by the deadline in the email whenever possible
to allow time for installation and testing. Any request made after the
deadline may not be ready for the beginning of the semester.
Software can be installed temporarily by individuals logged in with a Business
School login, but please note the machines are re-imaged nightly, so any
additions made by users will be removed that night.
