Network or server outage AFTER
normal operating hours, weekends, and
holidays
The Office of Smith IT has
a 24x7 Enterprise Infrastructure Emergency
Response Team.
We have deployed pro-active
monitoring tools for the Smith School
network infrastructure that continuously
monitor system availability and network
performance. Our on-call response team is
immediately alerted to system failures of
network services, devices, and critical
business applications. In most cases,
problems are identified and fixed without
major impact to our customers. While we
generally know about system outages before
our customers do, customers should still
report suspected outages by calling

Support for my Special Event,
Video Teleconference (VTC) or Audio
Teleconference (ATC)
To request AV support
services, please fill out the
Audio Visual Request, and we will contact you to verify your needs. While our
primary role is to provide classroom
support, we cannot guarantee support for AV
requests given less than 24 hours notice.
Any support needed
outside of regular business hours, or that
create greater demands than usual on our
support team during normal business hours
will be subject to a fee to be set by Audio
Visual Services Management. View
