Support Operations
- This area focus on classrooms, labs, and
offsite support.
- Helpdesk and AV

Enterprise Operations
- This team provide 24/7 support for the
network infrastructure and enterprise
applications
- 5 Full-time staff and 1 student
Smith Technology Integration (STI) Center
- Purpose of this team is to promote academic
use of technology in classroom and research
- 5 Full-time staff and 10 students
