During his tenure at Draftfcb, Joe has provided analytical support for clients such as U.S. Census Bureau, Lilly, Pfizer, Verizon, and Avis Rent-A-Car. As SVP, Director, Customer Intelligence, Joe oversees a dynamic group of professional dedicated to using data for business intelligence. Joe has managed the development and implementation of database applications supporting customer-centric marketing initiatives for acquisition, retention, and winback programs.
Joe’s skills and experience in both Marketing and technology allow him to function as a key interface between client needs and the agency’s expertise, ensuring business objective are met with the most appropriate solution.
Prior to joining a direct marketing analyst for a children’s production company. Joe graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in Communication from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s Degree concentration in Media Studies from SUNY at Stony Brook.
